My Top Most-Traveled Honeymoon Destinations of 2025

Counting by the nights clients spent making their honeymoon dreams come true.

Every December, I curl up with a mug of something cozy, open my travel logs, and take a peek at where love stories carried clients most throughout the year. Instead of counting couples, I measure something a bit more intimate: the nights they spent in each destination—immersed, exploring, learning, and making sure every honeymoon I design is rooted in firsthand magic.
This year’s lineup? A little surprising, a lot delightful, and beautifully global.
Let’s count them down…

5. Mauritius — My New Spotlight Star

Mauritius slipped into my top 5 as if it had been waiting in the wings for its grand romantic entrance. This island is pure poetry—where sapphire lagoons shimmer beneath emerald mountains, and sunsets wrap lovers in golden silk. Each visit felt like stepping into a living love letter, the air perfumed with frangipani and the promise of new adventures.
From secret hideaways in Grand Baie—where evenings melt into starlit whispers—to volcanic vistas that look conjured from the pages of a dream, Mauritius offers both opulent indulgence and soul-soothing tranquility. Its debut in my top 5 feels like the first chapter of an epic romance.

4. Venice, Italy — A Love Letter That Never Ends

Venice swept me off my feet this year. Maybe it was those dawns spent drifting through misty canals, or how the city burns with a soft, golden glow after dusk—but at last, Venice claimed its place in my top 5, like a lover long overdue for a grand gesture.
I wandered its bridges, sailed through hidden passages, tasted risottos that lingered like a lover’s kiss, and lost myself (deliberately) in Venice’s maze of passion. There’s nothing quite like finding that sunlit palazzo suite for honeymooners, where the first married kiss is blessed by centuries of Venetian enchantment.

3. Seychelles — Turquoise, Turtles & Total Bliss

Another first-timer on the list! Seychelles absolutely stole my heart—and, apparently, my calendar.
This archipelago feels like the world’s most beautiful secret—where time slows, and every island is a dreamscape painted in impossible blues. Giant granite boulders pose on white-sugar sands, sea turtles glide through crystalline waters, and private-island resorts cocoon lovers in utter seclusion. The Seychelles kept me spellbound, wrapped in the hush of tropical magic.
My favorite part? Every island has its own personality, meaning every couple gets something genuinely unique.

2. The Greek Isles — A Perennial Queen

No surprise here—Greece said, “I will simply not get off this podium,” and honestly, she’s earned the crown jewels.
This year, the Greek Isles called me back again and again: Santorini sunsets that set hearts aflame, Milos beaches sculpted like lunar landscapes, Paros harbors where time stands still and love lingers in the salt-tinged air. The Greek Isles are an eternal muse for romance—each island a stanza in love’s endless poem.
Every time I think I’ve seen it all, another island taps me on the shoulder with something breathtaking.

1. The Maldives — My Most-Traveled Destination of 2025

The Maldives didn’t just win… it dominated.
The Maldives is where I spent the most nights this year, hopping between overwater villas, meeting with resort teams, and exploring every possible way to elevate my clients’ once-in-a-lifetime trips.
There’s a reason it’s my #1, year after year: nowhere else conjures such exquisite intimacy, lavish beauty, and honeymoon euphoria as these stardust isles scattered across turquoise seas.
Floating breakfasts arrive like little love notes on the breeze, bioluminescent shores glow under midnight’s spell, and villas are so serenely private you can hear your hearts beating in time with the waves.

Honorable Mention: The Bahamas — Just One Spot Shy of the Top 5

The Bahamas came in sixth—so close, it practically deserves a crown. With sparkling new resorts, secret hideaways perfect for stolen kisses, and those impossibly blue waters that look like they were made for falling in love, I’m certain it won’t be long before the Bahamas dances its way back into my top five.
2025 took my honeymoon clients from African lagoons to European canals to Indian Ocean dreamscapes—all in pursuit honeymoons that feel bespoke, personal, and full of heart. Every night spent in these destinations will make you feel richer, more intentional, and deeper in love. Each of my trips are lovingly tailored to each couple’s story.
Here’s to another year of adventure, discovery, and helping my couples see the world through the lens of love.
